We process personal data under the following GDPR legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to create your account, provide the service, and manage your subscription;
• Consent — for non-essential cookies, analytics, and marketing, which you can withdraw at any time;
• Legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve our product, balanced against your rights;
• Legal obligation — to comply with accounting, tax, and other legal requirements.

Depending on how you use the service, we collect:

• Account data — email address, authentication identifiers, and subscription status;
• Content data — prompts, messages, uploaded files, and generated outputs you create using the service;
• Payment data — subscription and transaction references processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers);
• Usage and device data — approximate location from IP address, device and browser information, and technical logs;
• Cookie data — preferences and identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy.

We use personal data to create and secure accounts, deliver AI responses, maintain conversation history, manage subscriptions and payments, prevent abuse and fraud, provide customer support, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.

To operate the service we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers that process it on our behalf or under their own terms:

• AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Groq) — to generate responses to your prompts;
• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage;
• Payment providers (e.g. SolidGate and, where applicable, Stripe) — to process subscription payments;
• Amplitude — product analytics (with consent);
• Google Tag Manager — marketing and measurement tags (with consent);
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security;
• Sentry — error monitoring;
• Resend — transactional email;
• Tavily — web search for relevant features.

Some of our providers are located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, so that your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing; and

We keep account and subscription data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Chat history remains available in your account until you delete it or request deletion, subject to backup and legal retention periods. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact support@ai-chat.pro and we will delete it.

When you use the chat product, your prompts, attachments, and relevant context are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train our own models. Model providers process data under their own terms; we share only what is necessary to deliver the requested functionality. We may apply automated safeguards to detect abuse and enforce our Acceptable Use rules.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the authorities of breaches where required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date and, where required, notify you.
